Stephen Benassi

Lugano Center Director

At Cesare Ragazzi Laboratories since 1982, he has contributed significantly to creating and developing the network and a brand that later became known worldwide in the trichology and non-surgical hair thickening industry. In the role of general manager, over 24 years he was responsible for personnel selection, center management, budgeting, and financial plans while coordinating the marketing and communications team.

In February 2007, he became managing director of the Italian branch of the trichology giant Hair & Hair by starting up and following the development of the Maxhair and Bayermann brands.

In 2011 he left the Spanish brand to devote himself to the activity of consultant in the cosmetics and trichology sector supporting in particular the franchise networks, providing support for the opening of new locations and management of existing ones as well as dealing with the general coordination of the franchisor and franchisees. In 2014 together with Miacola Viviana he opened the CRLAB center in Lugano, in 2015 the CRLAB center in Novara and finally in 2019 the new CRLAB concept store in Como.

Since 2007, he has coordinated with Miacola Viviana, manager of the CRLAB center in Busto Arsizio - Varese, the activity of the Insubria CRLAB centers.

Busto Arsizio Center Director
Born and raised in the world of trichology. Graduated as a hair stylist in the years, 80 she continued her professional training working in a large salon in the province of Varese. In 1992 now recognized as a great professional in trichology she became a partner in the same salon. At that point she became active and obtained the concession for Varese and its province of the Cesare Ragazzi brand, which was experiencing a very strong phase of expansion at that time. Thus the Busto Arsizio office was opened, covering the entire province of Varese. The numerous recognitions received by Viviana from Cesare Ragazzi itself for professionalism, clientele, seriousness pushed her in 2014 to open the Lugano center together with manager Stefano Benassi. Never tame thanks also to her constant and continuous training in technique to management through the courses she attends at Cesare Ragazzi, lead her in 2015 to create the center of Novara.

Monica Rosanò

Designer
From an early age she "absorbed" the CR air in downtown Busto Arsizio. Despite this, her passion for visual communication led her first to the Academy of Performing Arts and then to the Jhon Kaverdash Academy in Milan. At the end of her studies, although always present in the CRLab center, she embarked on a career path as an assistant at various photographers in Milan. Over time Monica Rosanò became a stage photographer and assistant for a dance company, assistant to fashion photographers and finally manager and photographer for a children's fashion agency in Milan. The theme of communication and marketing are, however, the common thread of Monica who, in addition to refining various techniques in the photographic field, begins to collaborate effectively with CR Lab focusing her attention on advertising marketing: her hand, in fact, is well present in the new radio, print and video campaigns of CRLaB Swiss until she reaches the managerial course that leads her to take the big leap and manage the new CR LAb center in Novara and to follow the one in Como.
