Stefano Benassi

Director of the Lugano Center

At Cesare Ragazzi Laboratories, starting in 1982, he made a significant contribution to creating and developing the network and a brand that went on to become world-renowned in the field of trichology and non-surgical hair restoration. In his role as general manager, over the course of 24 years, he was responsible for personnel selection, center management, and budgeting, as well as financial planning, while also coordinating the marketing and communications team.

In February 2007, he became CEO of the Italian branch of the trichology giant Hair & Hair, launching the startup and overseeing the development of the Maxhair and Bayermann brands.

In 2011, she left the Spanish brand to focus on consulting in the cosmetics and trichology sectors, providing support—particularly to franchise networks—by assisting with the opening of new locations and the management of existing ones, as well as overseeing the general coordination between the franchisor and franchisees. In 2014, together with Miacola Viviana, he opened the CRLAB center in Lugano; in 2015, the CRLAB center in Novara; and finally, in 2019, the new CRLAB concept store in Como.

Since 2007, she has been coordinating the activities of the CRLAB centers in Insubria together with Miacola Viviana, manager of the CRLAB center in Busto Arsizio, Varese.

Viviana Miacola

Director of the Busto Arsizio Center
She was born and raised in the world of trichology. After earning her certification as a hair stylist in the 1980s, she continued her professional training by working at a large salon in the province of Varese. By 1992, now recognized as a leading professional in trichology, she became a partner in that same salon. At that point, she took the initiative and secured the franchise for Varese and its province for the Cesare Ragazzi brand, which was undergoing a period of rapid expansion at the time. This led to the opening of the Busto Arsizio location, which serves the entire province of Varese. The numerous accolades Viviana received from Cesare Ragazzi itself—for her professionalism, clientele, and reliability—prompted her, in 2014, to open the Lugano center together with manager Stefano Benassi. Never one to rest on her laurels—thanks in part to her constant and ongoing training in technical skills and management through courses she attended at Cesare Ragazzi—she went on to establish the Novara center in 2015.

Monica Rosanò

Designer
From a young age, she “soaked up” the CR atmosphere in downtown Busto Arsizio. Despite this, her passion for visual communication led her first to the Accademia dello Spettacolo and then to the Accademia Jhon Kaverdash in Milan. After completing her studies—while remaining an active presence at the CRLab—she began her career as an assistant to various photographers in Milan. Over time, Monica Rosanò became a stage photographer and assistant for a dance company, an assistant to fashion photographers, and finally the manager and photographer for a children’s fashion agency in Milan. The themes of communication and marketing, however, have been the common thread in Monica’s career; in addition to refining various photographic techniques, she began actively collaborating with CR Lab, focusing her attention on advertising and marketing: in fact, her influence is clearly evident in CRLaB Swiss’s new radio, print, and video campaigns, leading up to the management course that prompted her to take the big leap and manage the new CR Lab center in Novara, followed by the one in Como.
