a. Ownership and commerce
1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale relate to the purchase of CRLAB products made remotely via computer network on the website crlab.ch in the E- commerce section. belonging to Well Hair sa - Via Zurigo 38 - 6900 Lugano
2. Such purchases are reserved for direct user Customers, and also for parties such as traders, wholesalers, retailers, professionals, etc. who intend to resell the relevant products to third parties.

The Customer will, if possible, be contacted for clarification within 3 working days after filing the complaint.
b. Operation
The purchase of products from the crlab.ch website presupposes the Customer's knowledge and acceptance of the general conditions of sale described below. These general conditions are valid until the day they are updated/modified by Well Hair SA Updating/modification of these general conditions may occur without prior notice.
1. The Customer undertakes and is obliged, whenever there is a change in these general conditions, to review them and arrange for their printing and preservation.
- 2. Purchase procedure for the Customer. The Customer agrees to print and keep the various steps of the purchase procedure thus having confirmation of the procedure.The purchase procedure consists of the following steps:
- a) Registration on the site
The Customer who intends to make a purchase of the products offered on the crlab.ch site may proceed, for security reasons, to his registration. He must be of legal age and is required to correctly indicate his personal data as well as provide his e-mail address in the manner specified within the site itself. The customer guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of all the data entered and all the information provided to Well Hair sa, undertaking to hold the latter harmless from any claim by third parties however related to such fulfillments. - b) Choice of the product to be purchased
Once the registration operation on the crlab.ch website has been successfully carried out, the Customer may proceed to order the products of his/her interest, by filling in the appropriate order online, indicating the data for shipping and invoicing. At any time prior to placing the order (see letter d below), the Customer may correct, by means of appropriate tools within the web page or in the relevant software, any errors made when filling in the order itself. - c) Method of purchase
The customer may order only the products in the catalog viewable on crlab.com and available, subject to stock-out, at the time of placing the order. Each product is correlated by a special information sheet containing all the information provided (in particular, product description, price, taxes and delivery costs, any discounts and promotions). It should be noted in this regard that the image accompanying the description sheet of each product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics. - d) Order completed
Before submitting the order online, the Customer must carefully read the information contained in the order summary to correct any errors or omissions, as well as having read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the information regarding the processing of his personal data and accepted all the clauses. The Customer by clicking on the button 'complete order', will determine the submission of the order online; from the click on 'complete order', the order will be considered final and can no longer be modified. Following the click on 'complete order' the customer will display a page stating "order sent". This message does NOT constitute acceptance of the order by Well Hair SA. - f) Printing or saving of documents
The Customer, having completed the online purchase procedure, agrees to print and store or save on electronic media a copy of the General Conditions of Contract, a copy of the order summary, as well as subsequently any e-mail message from Well Hair SA with the subject "order confirmation". - 3. It is strictly forbidden for the Customer to enter false, and/or invented, and/or fictitious data in the registration procedure; the master data and e-mail must be exclusively his or her own real personal data and not that of a third person, or fictitious.
- 4. The Customer releases ADVIHAIR from any liability arising from the issuance of erroneous tax documents due to errors related to the data provided by the Customer, the Customer being solely responsible for its correct entry.
c. Conclusion of the contract
1. By sending the online order, by clicking on the 'complete order' button, the Customer transmits to Well Hair SA a proposal to purchase the product and/or products chosen from the online catalog of the crlab.ch website When the Customer places and sends an online order for the products he/she has chosen from the online catalog of the crlab.ch website, he/she agrees to purchase them at the price and under the terms indicated in the General Conditions of Sale in force at the time he/she places the order. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale must be reviewed and accepted online by the customer, before sending the order online. Sending the order therefore implies total knowledge of them and their full acceptance.
2. The contract is concluded if and when Well Hair SA will notify the Customer by e-mail of the acceptance of the order. In particular, Well Hair SA will not accept orders: - of customers who are found to have been in default with Well Hair SA, if the address of the place of delivery of the goods is not in Switzerland. Luxembourg or Liechthein and/or - if the material, at the time of the order was not in stock
3. ADVIHAIR's acceptance of the order, which will determine the conclusion of the contract, will take place with an e-mail message that will have as its subject "Order Confirmation" and a definitive summary of information concerning the order code, the product(s) purchased, the price, shipping charges, payment method, billing and shipping information.
4. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the aforementioned data and to promptly, and in any case within 24 hours of receipt of the e-mail confirmation of the same, notify Well Hair SA of any corrections. Possible additional expenses determined by errors in the data not reported in a timely manner, will be borne by the Customer.
5. Non-acceptance of the order will likewise be communicated to the Customer by e-mail; in said e-mail message the reasons for non-acceptance will not be specified. In case the Customer has already paid the price of the product and shipping costs, he will be refunded the corresponding amount in the next 2 working days after sending the e-mail message acknowledging the non-acceptance of the order.
d. Selling prices and payment
1. All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated within the crlab.ch website are in CHF and include VAT and any other taxes.
2. The selling price of the product is the price indicated on the crlab.ch website at the time when the Customer, after computer connection, submits the purchase order.
3. Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer or tranite PayPal
At the time of formulating the Order, the Customer is required to indicate the chosen mode of payment.
- i. If the Customer decides to proceed with the purchase of products with payment of the price by credit card, the total amount due for each sale will be charged, only after acceptance of the order by Well Hair SA and upon shipment of the ordered goods or on the business day prior to shipment itself.
- ii. Well Hair SA reserves the right to ask the Customer, at any time, to send additional information and/or documents proving the ownership of the credit card used to finalize the payment. If the Customer does not comply with the requests, Well Hair SA reserves the right not to accept the order, or to withdraw from the contract, giving timely notice to the Customer at the e-mail address indicated in the order.
- iii. In case of payment made by credit card, the financial information (e.g., the number of the credit/debit card or the date of its expiration) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol to the selected payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, Paypal, Klarna) without third parties being able, in any way, to have access to it. This information, moreover, will never be used by Well Hair SA except to complete the procedures related to the purchase and to issue the relevant refunds in case of any product returns, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer
4. For all sales Well Hair SA will issue an invoice/accompanying receipt when the accepted order is processed.
e. Shipping costs
1. The total cost of shipping to the customer's home is borne by the customer for all amounts and CHF 8.50
f. Method of delivery of products
Integrity of packages and quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what was ordered.
1. Well Hair SA will deliver to the Customer, at the address indicated by the Customer, the products selected and ordered by the Customer, using couriers.
2. The purchased goods will be delivered to the Customer in the manner and on the terms described in the following points.
3. Well Hair SA, checked the availability of stock, will process the accepted order in the next 5 working days, to the address indicated by the Customer. Some products may require a few additional days for availability; in this case the Customer will be promptly informed of this circumstance.
4. The Customer may only order products currently in the electronic catalog visible online at crlab.ch.
5. DELIVERY IN SWISS TERRITORY - LUXEMBOURG - LIECHETENSTEIN
Normal delivery times, expect the goods to be sent within 48/72 hours (Saturdays and Sundays and holidays and pre-holidays are not to be considered).
7. The Customer will receive an e-mail at the time of shipment inviting him/her to make himself/herself available at the delivery address in the following 24/48 hours.
8. The Customer is required to verify, upon receipt of the product, the conformity of the product delivered to him with the order placed; only after such verification, and subject, of course, to the right of withdrawal provided for in art. i)
9. Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the correspondence of what has been delivered with what is indicated in the invoice/receipt document. In case of discrepancies, the same must be reported within seven days by email to info@crlab.ch or by phone 091 922 0606
10. Home delivery will take place during office hours: from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., every day, non-holidays, Monday through Friday. The Customer is obliged to make himself available during the aforementioned hours in order to avoid any additional charges for non-delivery, charges that in the event of the Customer's failure to be available during the aforementioned hours will be borne by the Customer.
11. Well Hair SA is not responsible for damages caused by the shipper to the purchased products.
g. Liability
1. Well Hair SA assumes no liability for delays or otherwise inefficiencies attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that would prevent, in whole or in part, to execute in the agreed time the contract.
2. Well Hair SA shall not be liable to any party or third party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the contract due to the aforementioned causes, the consumer being entitled only to a refund of the price paid.
3. Well Hair SA is not responsible for any fraudulent and illegal use that may be made by third parties, of credit cards, and other means of payment, when paying for products purchased.
h. Information on the right of withdrawal
1. The Customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within a period of 7 working days from the day of receipt of the product purchased.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must:
- a. Within the above 7-day period, send registered letter with return receipt to the following address Well Hair SA - Via Zurigo 38 - 6900 Lugano and send a copy of the above registered letter to the following address: info@crlab.ch
- b. Have the products you intend to return to Well Hair SA - Via Zurigo 38 - 6900 Lugano in a state of substantial integrity.
3. The return to Well Hair SA of the product must be made within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the product.
4. The costs of returning the products shall be borne by the Customer who, directly or by other means, will deliver them to the above-mentioned Well Hair SA location.
5. The Customer undertakes to store and keep with care and diligence the products received and for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, so as to preserve their substantial integrity.
6. Well Hair SA will receive the returned products reserving the right to ascertain that they have been returned by the Customer in a state of substantial integrity. Only in this case will it send the amount paid by the Client for the purchase of the products as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
7. The return of products that are not substantially intact will not be accepted by Well Hair SA and the same will be returned to the Customer with additional freight charges.
i. Cost of using remote communication technique.
1. For all online services on the crlab.ch site, the connection fees charged by the Provider used by the Customer for the connection itself are applied; the Customer should therefore contact its Provider to obtain the necessary information about the connection fees.
l. Ways in which the concluded contract is archived and how it can be accessed
1. To view the orders placed that will be stored electronically by Well Hair SA and, if necessary, reprint a copy, the Customer may log on to the crlab.ch website and, after performing the recognition phase, access the "my orders" section of his personal page and thus reprint the order. The Customer will also be able to proceed to the modification of his personal data, after performing the recognition phase, by accessing the "my data" section of his personal page. The change of personal data will not take effect for orders already completed and submitted online, but only for future orders.
m. Languages of contract conclusion
1. The General Conditions are available in the Italian language
n. Express resolution
1. Well Hair SA may terminate this contract in the event that the Client engages in even one of the behaviors described below, subject in all cases to compensation for damages:
- (i) entry by the Customer of false, and/or invented, and/or fictitious and/or third party data in the registration process
- (ii) performance by the Client of duplicate registrations;
- (iii) Customer's failure to pay the agreed amount.
p. Jurisdiction and competent court
1. This contract shall be governed by Swiss law. All disputes relating to the application, performance, interpretation and breach of purchase contracts entered into online through the crlab.ch website shall be subject to Swiss jurisdiction.
